Refund and Returns Policy

At Karon Enterprises, we value our customers and aim to provide you with the best quality car accessories. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy allows you to request a return or refund under the conditions mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation will not be eligible for return/refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

Items purchased on clearance or special sale.
Customized or specially ordered products.
Products damaged due to customer negligence or unauthorized modifications.

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, the product must be shipped back to us at your own cost unless the item was damaged/defective on arrival.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (via Razorpay, UPI, Debit/Credit Card, etc.).

4. Exchange Policy

Direct exchanges are not supported at the moment.
You may return the product and place a new order separately.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
