4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through the Platform by following the checkout process.
  • Payments are securely processed via Razorpay and other approved gateways. We do not store your payment details.
  • Your order will be confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver products only within India.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control (logistics delays, weather, etc.).
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy (to be published separately).
  • Products damaged in transit or defective must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Use of Platform

  • You agree not to use the Platform for:
    • Fraudulent transactions.
    • Uploading offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
